•  All items are ready to ship and include a USPS. I generally use the most inexpensive priority or first class option to keep shipping costs down for customers. Please use the contact form to get in touch if you need delivery by a certain date or would like a specific shipping option.

  • International shipping quotes are available by request and vary by destination.

  • Items are out of my control once I ship them. I pack each item very carefully with protective materials designed to withstand rough handling. Lost packages, packages damaged in transit, item delays, and stolen packages are not insured by me. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged (this has not happened yet!) or you package does not arrive (this has only happened to me twice in five years and hundreds of shipped packages), I am happy to help you file a claim with USPS. Stolen packages are often not covered, so please have your packages shipped to a secure location. If you would like to purchase additional insurance or a service like signature confirmation, please use the contact form to get in touch.

  • If you opt for free local pickup at my studio in Baltimore, I will email you shortly after you place your order to arrange a time. Items not picked up after two weeks (without letting me know that you need to make other arrangements) will be added back to shop inventory, and a refund will not be issued. Basically, I’m flexible, but can’t store items indefinitely.

  • These objects are functional art. They are made to be durable and usable, but please treat them with care, as all ceramics are breakable.
